Direct To Fabric Digital Printing
First of all: digital printing is a general term. According to different fabrics, digital printing can be subdivided into sublimation transfer printing, reactive digital printing, acid digital printing, paint digital direct injection printing and other processes. The common feature of digital printing is inkjet printing. Its technical realization is to precisely spray nano-scale dyes or pigments on the fabric through the nozzle of the printer under the control of the computer, so as to obtain complex patterns and precise pattern cycles. The accuracy of the printer nozzle is a prerequisite for determining the fineness of digital printing products. Therefore, the first thing to consider when choosing a printer is the physical accuracy of the printer nozzle, that is, DPI (dots per inch). The higher the DPI, the higher the accuracy of the printer. So the higher the printing accuracy, the better? Of course not, the precision converted into benefits is the effective precision, and the idle redundant function itself is a waste of resources. In most cases, the printer 720DPI is the normal production precision.
